You can return unopened products within 90 days and we will refund the purchase price. If you return part of a delivery, we will refund you proportionately.
We will be happy to advise you (by email, WhatsApp or phone) so that you can find the right products for you. This saves us all a lot of work and protects the environment.
Returns:
If you want to return a product because you have changed your mind, you can return the unopened goods within 90 days. As these are hygiene products, the right of withdrawal only applies to unopened goods. The costs for the return shipment (insured shipping) are borne by the customer.
Complaints:
If a product is defective within the warranty period or you have other complaints (e.g. incorrect delivery), we will report your complaint to Nu Skin and Nu Skin will pay the return costs.
Important:
If you wish to return an item, please first send us an e-mail to mail@nu-business.life and let us know the following:
- Name and address
- Order number and order date
- Products you wish to return
- Reason for return
We will then inform you of the return address and, if applicable, the return number and return label.
Please never return products without prior agreement.
As soon as the goods have arrived, the refund will be made via the original payment method. Please note that this may take a few working days depending on the processing time of your payment service provider.

However, please do not send any products to Nu Skin on your own, but contact us first, as we are your sellers and are happy to take care of everything (and Nu Skin otherwise cannot process it).
