Ingredients R²
R² Day: Cordyceps sinensis (Berk.) Sacc. mycelia (2 g/6 caps.), bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, capsule (gelatine), pomegranate fruit extract (Punica granatum L.) (170 mg/6 caps.), Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer root extract (100 mg/6 caps., of which 8 mg ginsenosides), anti-caking agent (fatty acids, silicon dioxide).
Dosage
Take two (2) capsules of R² Night in the evening. Take six (6) capsules of R² Day in the morning.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not use if the safety seal is damaged or missing. Protect from heat and moisture. Store out of the reach of small children. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have an underactive thyroid, are being treated for a thyroid disorder or are taking medication, please consult a doctor before using this product. Please consult your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking anti-diabetic medication at the same time.
