A dietary fiber from the root of the konjac plant, which thrives in warm, tropical regions of Asia. It has a remarkable water storage capacity and was a traditional foodstuff in Asian cultures in the past.
VITAMINS C, B6, AND B12
Vitamins and minerals are considered important nutrients and it can be beneficial to support your body by taking vitamins, even if you want to lose weight.

Root extract of Amorphophallus konjac K. Koch (glucomannan) (3g/3 sachet), sodium L-ascorbate, medium chain triglycerides, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, cyanocobalamin.
Application
Mix one sachet with a large glass of water (at least 250 ml) 3 times a day and take the contents 15-20 minutes before a meal. Stir until the contents of the sachet have completely dissolved in the liquid and drink the mixture before it thickens too much.
Recommendation: The positive effect is achieved by taking 3 g of glucomannan daily in three doses of 1 g each, together with 1-2 glasses of water, before meals and as part of a low-calorie diet.
